Hi friend! Welcome to Hoogah — a space where human connection comes first. Before you dive in, we need to set a few ground rules (you know, so we can keep this a safe and kind place for everyone).

By using the Hoogah app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, that's okay — but you won't be able to use the App.

1. Who We Are

Hoogah ("we," "our," "us") exists to create meaningful one‑on‑one connections, thoughtful huddles, and experiences that help people truly belong.

2. Who Can Use Hoogah

  • You must be 18 or older to join.
  • Be truthful. The connections you make are only as real as the info you share.

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for your account (keep that password safe!).
  • Don't share your login with others.

4. The Hoogah Way (What's Cool and What's Not)

We're here for authentic, human connections. That means:

  • Be respectful. Be kind.
  • Listen as much as you talk.
  • Show up fully — whether it's a one‑on‑one, a huddle, or a community experience.

You may NOT:

  • Harass, bully, or make anyone feel unsafe.
  • Post or share offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
  • Spam people or use Hoogah for sales pitches.
  • Hack, reverse‑engineer, or mess with our App.

5. Privacy Matters

Your privacy matters to us. Read our Privacy Policy to see how we collect and protect your data.

6. Events & Gatherings

Whether virtual or in‑person, here's our one big rule: show up with respect for others. If you can't, this might not be the place for you.

7. Goodbye (Account Termination)

If someone breaks these Terms, we may suspend or remove their account. It's not our favorite thing to do, but community safety comes first.

8. Legal Stuff (Quick Version)

  • We provide Hoogah "as is." No app is perfect, and we can't promise there won't be hiccups.
  • We aren't responsible for what happens in interactions outside the App.
  • Apple isn't responsible for what happens in Hoogah.

9. Changes Happen

We might update these Terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll let you know.
